Violet Behan

Violet Behan is our newest addition to Powderly Solicitors LLP, and joined as a partner.   Violet will be looking after the family law section and working from the Clane office.

Violet qualified as a solicitor in 2004 and has worked almost exclusively as a family law solicitor since qualifying, giving her extensive experience in the area. Violet is very familiar with the court process including complex High Court and Circuit Court cases.  She understands the court process is a scary and daunting one and will guide you through this difficult time.  She is also adept at negotiating  settlements  in order to avoid the courts when possible.

Violet gives practical advice that does not cost the earth.  At a time when you are going through the difficulties of the breakdown of your relationship Violet can provide support and advice to guide you through.  She understands that when children are involved stakes are extremely high and it is her job to ensure the separation is handled as delicately as possible.

 Violet will give your case the time it deserves in order to ensure you get the best possible outcome.  She will also give frank and honest advice which is easy to understand and practical in nature.
