In a recent High Court decision, Justice Siobhan Stack has urged the public to be very careful
about making “home made wills” or copying Wills online without receiving legal advice.
The judge pointed out that often at times Wills can be difficult to interpret and that these
incidences arise more when homemade Wills are drafted.
She urged the public to seek professional advice from solicitors when someone is making a
Will.
